Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website at www.sofilambrowski.com (“Site”), operated by Sofi Lambrowski LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and a subsequent email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

In the event of a delay due to high order volume, supplier issues, or carrier disruptions, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably possible.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and weather disruptions.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on service availability and delivery location.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@sofilambrowski.com.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may work with the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. If your address is ineligible for delivery, you will be notified at checkout.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We do not ship internationally at this time. If this policy changes in the future, all applicable customs, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
